Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. A booking fee is required to secure all appointments and will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Where at least 48 hours' notice is provided,
Late Cancellations & Non-Attendance
- Booking fees are non-refundable in the event of:
- Cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice
- Failure to attend an appointment
- Arriving too late for treatment to be carried out safely
- Choosing not to proceed with treatment on the day following consultation
Prescription Treatments
Some treatments require prescription-only medicines to be arranged in advance. Once a prescription has been issued and products have been ordered specifically for your appointment, booking fees become non-refundable.
Medical Suitability
All treatments are subject to a consultation and medical assessment. If treatment is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or not clinically appropriate following assessment, any booking fee paid may be refunded or transferred to an alternative treatment or future appointment at the clinician's discretion.
