Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. A deposit is required to secure all bookings and will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation (less than 48 hours’ notice), non-attendance or if you choose not to proceed with treatment on the day.
Where sufficient notice is given, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment.
In some cases, treatment may require prescription-only products to be arranged in advance. Once these have been prescribed and ordered, deposits become non-refundable.
If treatment is not clinically appropriate following assessment, your deposit will be refunded or can be transferred to a future appointment.
